Some mornings I'm outside early in the morning. 7:30 am is often a great time to walk the grounds of the complex. Blue skies and a slight breeze make it wonderful. This particular morning felt perfect, and I was just glad to be alive and enjoying it.
I had gotten a bouquet of flowers, which made me smile. Then the early morning made it really perfect. By afternoon, we can be up in the 90'sF for a high. Matt Devitt, weatherman, shared the graphic below on Tuesday afternoon.

ReplyDeleteWalking at 7:30 before the heat gets going is the best part of the day, I do the same in Sicily when it’s still warm in autumn. Your bouquet looks lovely too, a nice extra on top of a perfect morning.

ReplyDeleteMy childhood best friend, while battling cancer, told me "the best part of waking up is waking up" and it's so true. I really liked the Halloween pineapples. We've had highs in the 60's the last few days.
