I’ve been driving around and enjoying scenes here in my home of Lakeland, Florida. The days are mostly beautiful with blue skies.
Of course, I love to visit the flower department at my local Publix Supermarket. Some things never change no matter where I am in Florida. Floridians love the seasonal flowers that grow up north. Spring flowers, like tulips, are very popular.

I love buying groery store tulips any time of year, but especially in the spring!

I lost my data base of favorite bloggers when I almost lost the whole darn thing after typepad went out of business. As you found out, I'm on WordPress now and our son saved every blog post for me -- but the extra stuff unpublished stuff typepad had didn't survive. I'm catching up and now I've got your blog on my new list. So glad. Gonna catch up with some of your old posts now while I think about buying tulips next time we go to Publix. Happy Spring!!
ReplyDeleteSallie, Typepad going out of business must have been devastating. I voluntarily left WordPress as I can't handle the problems and changes needed in html. It was fun 15 years ago, but now I just want to type, upload some photos and publish. Also, I don't think Google nor Blogger are going anywhere. ReplyDeleteCarol- Gorgeous photos of those tulips in Publix. Our Publix actually carries some really fresh and lovely flowers too. We bought roses and they lasted over 2 weeks. Spring is in the air.
